Here’s some of what you have to look forward to as a T-Mobile Customer:
- The same or greater value rate plans – Whether you’re an existing SunCom customer, or you’re thinking of signing up with SunCom today, we think you’ll be pleased with T-Mobile’s service when we complete our transition. The rate plans for SunCom customers are designed to closely match your existing SunCom rate plan – even your UnPlan – and in many cases, we have added even more value to the already great SunCom service. T-Mobile also offers a variety of other plans and services, such as myFaves, that lets you make unlimited calls to the people who matter most. Those plans will also be available to you as a T-Mobile customer.
- Complete access to a coast-to-coast national wireless network – In addition to T-Mobile’s national coverage area, we have been working since late last year to further enhance the network in the Carolinas. By the time we launch the T-Mobile brand this fall, we will have added over 400 new cell sites to better serve customers in the Carolinas.
- Nationally recognized customer service - T-Mobile has an outstanding customer service record. T-Mobile also has appeared back-to-back in Business Week’s 2007 and 2008 list of Customer Service Champs, and was the only wireless carrier to make the list.
- Cool phones and wireless devices – T-Mobile offers an exciting line of the newest phones from manufacturers like Samsung, Nokia, Motorola and Sony Ericsson – and the hottest wireless devices from BlackBerry. We also have exclusive devices that set us apart from competition like the Sidekick and Shadow. But if you love your current device, that’s great too. Current SunCom customers can keep their existing phone number and phone. You don’t have to do anything to enjoy the benefits of being with T-Mobile!
